Many people have been asking what to bring to the classes. So here goes:
Clearly, an open heart. That’s the prerequisite for admission. And after carefully study, you’ve already been accepted. So that’s good.
It would also be great to bring
* a sharp knife (brand name not important)
* a dull cutting board
* a container to take home leftovers to the wife and kids
* an apron if you’re not into abstract expressionism all over your scene
If you’ve had a great day, it helps a lot. If you haven’t you will. That’s the goal anyhow.
